Right of Withdrawal

1. The ordinary right

As a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason (Art. 52 D.lgs. 206/2005, transposing Art. 9 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Exclusion for personalized artifacts

This 14-day right does not apply to a forged AIONLUMA artifact. Each artifact is produced from a video sequence you upload and is therefore "clearly personalized" — the right of withdrawal is excluded by Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You acknowledge this exclusion when you place the order.

Before your order reaches production you may still cancel: email [email protected], and if your artifact has not yet been transmitted to our production partner we will cancel and refund in full. Please note that this is a short window — production is set in motion as soon as your payment succeeds — so write to us as soon as you can.

3. When the right does apply (Gift Links)

Where you have bought something that is not yet personalized — for example a gift link, which is a prepaid gift token — the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, you expressly agree at checkout that if this token is redeemed (by you or your designated recipient) and the forging process begins within this 14-day period, the contract is fully performed and the right of withdrawal is permanently extinguished.

To exercise the right while the token remains unredeemed, make an unequivocal statement (e.g. the model form below) within 14 days. We will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same means of payment.

After these 14 days, an unredeemed gift link stays valid for 12 months from payment; Section 12 of our Terms of Sale explains how an expired gift link can be extended or refunded.

4. Model withdrawal form
